  KEM-400A or KEM-410ACA 
  laser assemblies)

• Power supply repair/replacement (due to dead power supply, or blown fuse)

• Yellow/Red flashing error light (YLOD), caused by disconnected GPU or faulty power supply

• Hard Drive failure, or other errors
